A monthly space to pause, move, reflect and connect.
Each gathering is shaped by the astrology of the moment. Through movement, reflection and meditation, we make space to experience the symbolism of the Full Moon rather than simply talk about it.
Movement — arrive in the body
Astrology — explore the Full Moon and its symbolism
Meditation — integration and reflection
When we gather on Saturday, 24th October, the Moon will be in the late degrees of Aries, about to change sign into Taurus on Sunday and becoming full on Monday, 26th October.

We will arrive and warm up together, with some group movement and space for self-led movement.
For this Taurus Full Moon, we'll create an earthy, sensory shrine and bring our attention to the astrology of the moment — the Sun in Scorpio, Venus retrograde in Scorpio and Mercury stationing retrograde there too.
You are welcome to bring something to place on the shrine: something from the natural world, an object, a photograph, or something edible or fragrant. Choose whatever feels right to you.
There will also be space for guided meditation, complete rest and shared quiet presence.
