Every life has its own rhythm.
Sometimes we need space to understand where we've been, where we are, and where we're going.
We simply disconnect from ourselves sometimes because we have to.
Life asks a great deal of us, and we adapt in all sorts of ways, for all sorts of reasons — to belong, to protect ourselves, or simply to survive. Sooner or later, we may feel hollow, burnt out, empty or overwhelmed.
Over time we can feel distant from something essential, and separate from our true self. The ways we have learned to cope may no longer work and we may need somewhere to put down some of what is being carried and discover what's true for us now.
All is welcome here. My work is about creating the conditions in which a deeper part of ourselves can be heard again.
